Product Description:-Propranolol is a non-selective beta-adrenergic blocker that reduces the workload on the heart and lowers blood pressure. It is widely used in cardiovascular and neurological conditions due to its dual action on β1 and β2 receptors.Propranolol is also lipid-soluble, allowing it to cross the blood-brain barrier, making it effective in treating neurological and anxiety-related conditions.

 Mechanism of action:- Propranolol blocks β1 receptors in the heart, reducing heart rate and cardiac output, thereby lowering blood pressure and oxygen demand.
It also blocks β2 receptors in the lungs and skeletal muscle, helping control physical symptoms of anxiety (like tremors and palpitations).
