Product Description:- Diavox is a broad-spectrum antiepileptic drug and mood stabilizer, formulated as a prolonged-release tablet for sustained therapeutic effect and improved patient compliance. It effectively controls seizures and stabilizes mood in various psychiatric and neurological conditions.

Mechanism of Action:- Divalproex dissociates to valproic acid, which increases GABA levels in the brain, producing anticonvulsant and mood-stabilising effects by reducing abnormal neuronal firing.

Indication:- Treatment of epileptic seizures including partial, generalized, and absence seizures, Management of bipolar disorder for acute manic episodes and mood stabilization, Prevention of migraine headaches.

Common Side Effects:-

• Nausea or gastric upset

• Weight gain

• Tremors

• Hair thinning
