Product description:-  Phex-TC is a powerful triple-action antipsychotic formulation designed for the effective management of moderate to severe psychotic disorders. It combines with a high-potency dopamine-blocking action of Trifluoperazine, the sedative and calming effects of Chlorpromazine, and Trihexyphenidyl to minimize extrapyramidal side effects (EPS), providing a comprehensive neuropsychiatric solution.

Mechanism of action:-

• Trifluoperazine: Potent D2 receptor blocker that suppresses hallucinations, paranoia, and agitation.

• Chlorpromazine: Broad-spectrum antipsychotic that provides sedation, mood stabilization, and control of aggression and mania.
• Trihexyphenidyl: Central anticholinergic that prevents dystonia, rigidity, and tremors caused by antipsychotics.

Indication:- schizophrenia anxiety and depression, chronic/ acute Psychotic episodes, agitation,illness with compliance issues, aggression.

Common side effects:-

• Drowsiness, dry mouth

• Blurred vision, constipation

• Postural hypotension (from Chlorpromazine)

• Mild EPS
