Product description:- Depsil -T is a powerful dual-action tablet designed to treat erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation in adult men. It has Tadalafil 10mg, which enhances blood flow to support strong, lasting erections, with Dapoxetine 30mg a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) which increases the level of serotonin in nerves to improve control over ejaculation and increase the time taken to ejaculate.
Mechanism of action:- Tadalafil, a PDE5 inhibitor, prevents cGMP breakdown, promoting smooth muscle relaxation and penile blood flow for erections in erectile dysfunction. Dapoxetine, a short-acting SSRI, inhibits serotonin reuptake, delaying ejaculation in premature ejaculation. Their combination addresses both conditions synergistically. Use under medical supervision due to potential side effects.
