Product description:- D-Tine Plus is a dual-action therapy designed for effective management of neuropathic pain and associated mood disturbances. Combining Duloxetine, a (SNRI), with Pregabalin, a calcium channel modulator, this formulation offers synergistic pain relief while addressing the psychological burden of chronic pain.It is especially useful in conditions where nerve pain is accompanied by anxiety, low mood, or sleep disturbance.

Mechanism of action:- Duloxetine increases levels of serotonin and norepinephrine, which modulate pain signals in the brain and improve mood.Pregabalin binds to calcium channels in the central nervous system, reducing the release of pain-signaling neurotransmitters. It is especially effective in controlling nerve pain and neuropathic hypersensitivity.

Indication:- Treat severe nerve pain (such as diabetic neuropathy, postherpetic neuralgia) and fibromyalgia (severe muscle pain with tiredness, mood swings, sleepiness and memory loss).
