Product description:- O-pine 10 contains Olanzapine 10 mg in a mouth dissolving formulation; it ensures the  quick disintegration without water, improving patient compliance, especially in acute settings.

Mechanism of action :-

• It Blocks dopamine D2 receptors and serotonin 5-HT2 receptors, reducing psychotic symptoms.

• Also acts on histamine, adrenergic, and muscarinic receptors → provides calming and mood-stabilising effects.

Indication:– schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, mild psychotic non reflux movements.

Common side effect:-

• Weight gain, increased appetite

• Drowsiness or sedation

• Dizziness, dry mouth
