Product description:- D-Tine is a trusted formulation of Duloxetine, a well-known SNRI (Serotonin-Norepinephrine Reuptake Inhibitor) used to treat depression, anxiety, and various forms of nerve-related pain. It works by restoring the balance of natural chemicals (serotonin and norepinephrine) in the brain and nervous system, improving mood and reducing pain signals.

Mechanism of action:-  Duloxetine, a serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SNRI) provides dual action by blocking  the reuptake of serotonin and norepinephrine in the synaptic cleft, increasing their levels in the brain. This enhances mood regulation and pain modulation, treating depression, anxiety, and neuropathic pain. It has a balanced effect on both neurotransmitters, with minimal impact on other receptors.

Indication:-  Depression and anxiety, used for pain caused by nerve damage associated with diabetes (diabetic peripheral neuropathy).

Common side effects:-
