Product Description:- Psymenta 10 is a combination therapy for Alzheimer’s disease, by offering dual action to improve cognitive function and slow down disease progression. Donepezil is a cholinesterase inhibitor ,while Memantine is an NMDA receptor antagonist – together they provide enhanced symptomatic relief.

Mechanism of Action:-

• Donepezil increases acetylcholine levels in the brain by inhibiting acetylcholinesterase, improving memory and cognition.

• Memantine blocks excessive NMDA receptor activity, protecting neurons from excitotoxic damage, and supporting cognition and daily functioning.
