Clomipramine Hydrochloride Prolonged Release Tablets

C-Mine 75 mg contains Clomipramine, a tricyclic antidepressant with potent serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibition properties. The prolonged-release formulation ensures steady plasma levels, reducing dosing frequency and improving patient compliance.

Mechanism of action:- Clomipramine inhibits the reuptake of serotonin (5-HT) and, to a lesser extent, norepinephrine (NE) in the central nervous system.

This enhances neurotransmitter levels in the synaptic cleft, leading to improved mood, reduced obsessions, and lessened anxiety.

Indications:- panic disorders, anxiety mild depression, OCD
