Product description:– Fide 333  is a well-established anti-craving medication used in the maintenance of abstinence in alcohol-dependent individuals. It helps in preventing and restore the neurochemical balance disrupted by chronic alcohol use and reduces the risk of relapse.

Mechanism of action:- Acamprosate works by modulating glutamatergic neurotransmission in the central nervous system by :

• It inhibits NMDA receptors .

• Enhances GABA adrenergic tone, reducing hyperexcitability and cravings.

• Helps stabilize neuronal activity disrupted by prolonged alcohol abuse,

This is suitable for long-term support in alcohol de-addiction programs.
