Mechanism of Action

• Propranolol: Reduces heart rate and blood pressure by blocking beta-adrenergic receptors, stabilizing vascular tone and decreasing migraine triggers.
• Flunarizine: Inhibits calcium influx in vascular smooth muscle and neuronal cells, preventing vasoconstriction and reducing migraine frequency.

Dosage and Administration

• Recommended Dose: One Prolar F tablet once daily, preferably at the same time each day, with or without food.
• Administration: Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not crush or chew to preserve the sustained-release mechanism.
