Product Description:- Levitam is a broad-spectrum antiepileptic medication used to manage the partial and generalised  mental illness and seizures. Its regular / sustained release formulation (SR) ensures prolonged therapeutic action with convenient once or twice daily dosing for better compliance.

Mechanism of Action:- Levetiracetam binds to synaptic vesicle protein 2A (SV2A) in the brain, modulating neurotransmitter release and reducing abnormal neuronal activity to control seizures.

Indication:- partial-onset seizures,myoclonic seizures and primary generalized tonic-clonic seizures.

Common Side Effects:-

• Drowsiness

• Dizziness

• Irritability or mood changes

• Headache
